Scarcity vs. Abundance
What if it all works out?
What if it all works out? What if the best is yet to come? What if incredible opportunities are on the way? What if the day goes unexpectedly well? What if we expect the good?
I’ve been thinking a lot about the difference between having a scarcity mindset and an abundance mindset. A scarcity mindset is the belief that resources are limited and there’s only so much time, love, money, etc. to go around. An abundance mindset, on the other hand, is the belief that resources and opportunities are plentiful and inexhaustible.
Most of us operate from a scarcity mindset. For example, we might think things like, “I have to do this now or I’ll never get the chance again” or “I’ll never find true love because there aren’t enough good people out there.” But embracing an abundance mindset means that we are willing to explore different paths and take risks without being paralyzed by fear of scarcity. An abundance mindset helps us stay positive and take action in life. It allows us to face challenges confidently because we truly believe there are plenty of opportunities available to us.
I’m still working on switching from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset. Oftentimes “what ifs” and my fears about the future hold me back. But I want to embrace the idea that there are abundant opportunities and possibilities around me. It’s a gradual process, but I truly believe that a positive, abundant outlook will lead to a more fulfilling and expansive life.
With this in mind, I want to share some affirmations for living an abundant life.

I am equipped with everything I need to make my dreams come to fruition.

What belongs to me flows to me easily.
